Ord 17-21  – Creating the Millcreek Community Events Committee

Ord 17-20 – Repealing Ordinance 16-9 in its entirety, declaring it null and void, and notifying the public of a pending ordinance that, with the exception of maintenance and/or repair to existing buildings, structures, or improvements, would prohibit or regulate the construction, reconstruction, extension, expansion, or alteration of any building, structure, or improvement or any subdivision approval with respect to developments in the M-1, M-2, MD-1, MD-3, and the Foothills and Canyons Overlay Zones

Ord 17-19 – Approving a residential parking permit program for the Neighborhood on Warr Road, Cascade Circle, and a portion of Cascade Way, near the Grandeur Peak Trailhead

Ord 17-18 – Amending Title 19 of the Millcreek code of ordinances to add a new Mixed Development (“MD”) zone

Ord 17-17 – Notifying the public of a pending ordinance regarding changes to the Commercial zone to limit/prohibit self-storage units, residential uses, pawn shops, check cashing businesses, tobacco specialty businesses, tattoo shops uses in the C-1, C-2 and C-3 zones

Ord 17-16 – Amending Title 2 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances by adding Chapter 2.49 entitled – Street Addressing and Property Identification – and Title 3 of the Millcreek Code of Ordinances by adding Section 3.42.010 entitled – Addressing Fees

Ord 17-15  – Notifying the public of a pending ordinance regarding off-premise signs and the definition of existing off-premise signs that affects among other things the off-premise sign bank and the off-premise sign credit with respect to off-premise signs located within Millcreek boundaries
