Millcreek City Celebrates 1st Anniversary and Announcement of Community Initiative

Millcreek, Utah, January 10, 2018– Millcreek Mayor Jeff Silvestrini, Salt Lake County Mayor Ben McAdams, Salt Lake County Councilmember Sam Granato, United Way of Salt Lake President and CEO Bill Crim shared remarks in celebration of Millcreek’s first birthday.

As Utah’s newest city offices at 3330 South 1300 East, Millcreek, Utah 84106 was officially opened including: council chambers, engineering and planning workroom, large conference room, and electric car charging stations. Community members joined city officials in the celebration with food, music, and community displays. Mayor Silvestrini officially announced the launch of Millcreek Promise, a community initiative, rooted in partnership and helping all children and families to have opportunities for success.
