3.         Consider adoption of Planning Commission Ordinance – John Brems

4.         Review proposed contract with Louis Young for feasibility study – John Brems

5.         Discuss City Recorder position – Jeff Silvestrini

6.         Consider policies and procedures for council-elect and city council – John Brems

7.         Discussion of city organization chart; job descriptions; design of interface with Salt Lake County while in MSD.

8.         Status reports on pre-incorporation task list, including
a.         Website
b.         Insurance
c.         Business license letters
d.         Ordinances
e.         Office set-up (phones, computers, signage, stationery, internet)
f.          Discussion of future agenda planning

9.         Possible closed session regarding legal/employment matters (public will be excluded).

  1. This web site needs a map of the city just like the one in the millcreekfeasibilityrfp-w-exhibits file.
    I don’t see much in the Title 5 document on Business Licenses dealing with very small business (i.e. home businesses)
    How soon will Business Licenses need to be moved from Salt Lake County to Millcreek City?

    1. Thank you for your comments. I will upload a map of the City. Business licenses will be renewed with Millcreek City, although, until further notice, the County will be administering that program for us. So, you would contact the County for renewal, and the license will be issued in the name of Millcreek. Leslie Van Frank, acting City Recorder.
