• Design of space and furniture setup
• Telephone service and set-up system
• IT, including a review of the equipment received from Cottonwood Heights
• Logo, order signage for City offices
• Stationary
• Recording system for meetings

2. Discussion of tasks moving forward with City

• City attorney services
• Committee to review MSP feasibility study responses to RFP, and schedule meetings
• Recorder, treasurer, engineer, and attorney (review salary information)
• Franchise contracts

3. Review and prioritize remaining tasks identified by Governance Committee
